Stray cat in need of home (Kalamazoo)

If anyone is able to take in a pregnant stray cat while she has kittens, I am trying to trap this pregnant lady. She is very sweet, but I have to leave the state in about 3 weeks but I want to find her a home to have her kittens and hopefully get her spayed after they are weaned and adopted.
