We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented fish lure painter to help paint trolling plugs, crankbaits, flashers, meat heads and other fishing tackle.
What You'll Do:
Airbrush and paint fishing lures
Apply custom color patterns and finishes
Clear coat and finish lures
Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail
Follow color samples and production specifications
Ideal Candidate:
Experience with airbrushing, lure painting, model painting, automotive painting, or similar work
Good attention to detail
Reliable and able to meet deadlines
Fishing knowledge is a plus but not required
Must be able to produce consistent, high-quality work
