Don't fall for it. He tried this before and I shot him down. There are no such thing as a 24 hour eviction. Here is the process: if it is condemned, you must leave immediately. Otherwise landlords have tofirst serve a personal eviction with no less than 7 days to leave. After that he has to go to court and apply for a court date. At that hearing, you will be told that you have ten days to get out. On the eleventh day if you are still there, the landlord has to go back to court to report this. A date and time will be set in which a server along with the law will serve you papers to leave now! The landlord also has to have workers to carry out your things safely to the curb. You cannot help! But you must remove it from the curb immediately. If your things are still there the very next day, the landlord has legal right to dispose of it. Until it gets to that point, pickers will be hitting the pile. But this guy had this phony eviction scam for several weeks. If you fall for it and give him money, you are a fool!
