Gastroenterology Associates of Western Michigan (also known as West Michigan Clinical Research Center) is currently enrolling volunteers with Crohn's Disease in an investigational clinical research study.
Crohn's disease is a chronic inflammatory condition of the lining of the gastrointestinal tract. The inflammation caused by Crohn's disease often spreads beyond affected areas. Crohn's can be both painful and debilitating, and sometimes may lead to life-threatening complications. Crohn's affects about 800,000 Americans. For reasons unknown, rates of Crohn's disease are higher in developed countries, urban areas, and northern climates. Currently, there is no cure for Crohn's.
If you suffer from Crohn's Disease, you may be eligible to participate in a clinical research study.
Compensation for time and travel provided.
All study related investigational medications, labs, and procedures are at no cost to patient.
