This Roadrunner is FULLY functional and I have completely taken it apart and cleaned every part including the spiral that collects gum parts over the years. I completely cleaned the globe while it was apart, inside and out and filled it with a fresh 3 pound bag of 1" gumballs. It is a fun machine to have and does make money. The two locks will open but if you plan on having this in a public spot you will want to get new locks. These are inexpensive online, if its in your house it doesn't matter.
