Issues I know of...needs a new battery, starter and the oil changed and maybe carb cleaned although cleaned earlier this year. Oil was changed in the Summer. Front brakes work but need to be tightened and back brakes need work. Might need a few other minor things. It will run great if it has those things done. It will turn over as well when it's hooked up to a jumper pack or has a new battery
