I'd like to rent a room in Portage or Kalamazoo. I'd like kitchen privileges and some storage. Storage depends on the size of the room. I'm an older adult. I have no pets, non-smoker, no overnight guests. I moved my mom into assisted living and sold her house for her. That's why I'm in this position. I am very capable of helping around the house, handy with tools, can help with snow shoveling and lawn maintenance.
