Rent will be $750 due on the 1st of every month. I have every appliance except for a dish washer, so dish washing would be a shared chore.
I have fiber internet, ac and heating, and gas appliances such as stove and washer and dryer.
I commute to indiana for work and I work in RV. I will have a second shift job as well, so I won't be home very often. I need a reliable paying roommate who is generally clean and appreciates their alone time. There is a prime fishing spot 15 minutes from my location that I can give you access to.
Both of us will be responsible for the shared living space i.e. living room and kitchen cleaning/decor. Otherwise your space is yours.
I keep a garden and i have a rider lawnmower to cut the grass. Its a large enough property for activities like grilling out and yard camping, if you have kids or animals that will be living with us.
I would need proof of your ability to pay rent, but that is all. If you miss one rent payment, you will be expected to leave. I am sorry to say that, as I know that times are hard for everyone right now, but that is the kind of reliability I am looking for.
I am especially interested in a roommate who has the avaliablity to be home in the evenings, as I will be working. I prefer an older roommate but as long as you can make the rent payment, it doesnt matter.
I am located 30 min from Kalamazoo, so if you are a college student who wants a low rent and doesnt mind the travel, its an optimal place to live. I am fine with parties as long as they aren't destructive.
