I am looking to rent a bedroom in my house. The bedroom would be furnished with bed and dresser/mirror. If you would prefer to use your own bed, I could move this bed out. You would have full use of the house and sharing with me, the kitchen, bathroom, living room etc. I am an older working professional (Male) that is very neat and would expect the same. Non smokers only. No drug usage. No Pets. The rent would include everything--WI-FI high speed internet, streaming TV, electricity, water and sewer, soft water, trash, washer, and dryer in the basement. The house is a 3-bedroom house with a basement and has been remodeled and has central A/C and gas heat. No garage and off-street parking. Approx 822 Sq Ft on the main floor. It has a fenced backyard with a deck. The basement is partially finished. I live in North Portage near Northern High School close to everything. Decent neighborhood. I would like someone that is Gay friendly. You would need sufficient references and a good credit report with sufficient on time payment history. Security deposit and 1st month’s rent due upon move in. Six-month lease.
