1984 Honda XL350R complete mechanical rebuild - $2,750

Professionally rebuildt engine , properly broke in with mineral oil., new timing chain , .20 over JE piston, valves, gaskets, barnett clutch springs etc. Tank rust free, never coated.
Both carburetors cleaned and rebuild, jetted , needles have spacers.
New oem Honda wheel bearings, rebuild caliper and master cylinder, new EBC red pads front stainless brake hose.
Forks rebuildt with new seals and Progressive springs installed. New chain and sprockets.
PIAA LED headlight conversion, lithium battery, new tires and tubes.Temp gauge on dipstick.
Exhaust header sent to Swaintech for ceramic coating, then sprayed with high temp black paint(left a small ring of ceramic coating at muffler flange to show Swaintechs work. XR350r disc muffler modified to fit XL. (legal as a spark arrestor).
Renthal handlebar with Barsnake installed inside to minimize vibrations.
Lighter , flexible turn signals installed(originals included) Rear rack and bag added. USB and cigarette lighter style power ports for accesories and volt gauge. Runs excellant , much faster, better than stock. buildt to keep forever, never planned to sell,
