About the Role
The Material Handler ensures safe handling of material sand finished goods while working to receive and ship product accurately and on time.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Picking, packaging, labeling, and loading daily shipments to customersUnloading daily deliveriesMovement of raw materials within the facility to pre-determined locations Movement of finished goods within the facility to pre-determined locationsWorking directly with administrative staff on incoming deliveries and outgoing shipmentsWorking directly with production supervisor on production statuses and daily prioritiesEnsuring that all raw materials and finished goods are stored within the proper locationsEnsuring that storage and movement of materials is done with safety procedures and guidelinesStaging materials for production equipmentOther duties as assigned
