I have the extras / surplus / leftovers from a new construction project - lots of it.
I have
Brown in color:
8" Cedar siding (70 piecses @ 16ft)
3/4 x 16" soffit (4 pieces @ 16ft)
4/4 x 8" trim (1 piece @ 16ft)
3/4 x 4" trim (9 pieces @ 16ft)
4/4 x 4" trim (6 pieces @ 16ft)
Tan in color:
5/4 x 3" trim (18 pieces @ 16ft)
5/4 x 4" trim (5 pieces @ 16ft)
5/4 x 6" trim (13 pieces @ 16ft)
5/4 x 8" trim (7 pieces @ 16ft)
Per the specs, the siding will cover 9.33 sq ft per board, so works out to about 650 sq ft - that's 80 ft of wall at 8 ft tall.
All the pieces counted are full-length, 16ft boards, with factory painted ends. All boards are wood grain textured - no smooth trim boards were purchased. I have the soffit boards listed as 16", but they might be 24" - I forgot to measure those before I covered it all back up.
There are some misc cutoffs in the pile as well - they were not counted. The entire collection is being sold as a group - will not split up the collection or sell by the piece.
Currently, the above quantities would cost approx $2,300 at Menards, $2,050 with the rebate. My price is another 20% off that
This material is in good condition, and was custom colored at the factory - again, with the wood grain texture. It was purchased through ABC Supply in Kalamazoo. It has been stored outdoors, well off the ground, neatly stacked, and covered under double tarps for 10 years. The ends are still clean, uncracked, no splitting or swelling. It still has the foam material used to protect the faces during shipment between the boards.
I'm going to be relocating the pile eventually, and cleaning out all the foam padding and cleaning off the debris while it gets relocated. If there's enough for me to use on a project next summer, I will. But if it sells before then, great.
The pictures shown are stock photos, but the house example is VERY close to the actual color of the siding and trim - siding is a milk chocolate color. Actual pictures will get taken during the relocation. If you're interested in it now, happy to send less glamorous pics along early.
You will need a trailer to load it onto for pickup. No equipment here to load with either. The pile is currently about 3' x 3' x 16ft long.
