Lost cat West Main Hill neighborhood (West Main Hill)

Lost tabby tiger cat. His name is Kitten. 3.5 year old male, neutered, not declawed, chip #985113001459486. Last seen Thanksgiving on Academy St between Dartmouth and Berkley. He’s a wonderfully sweet and friendly cat, meows a lot when food or people are around, and loves to climb. I found him abandoned in a tree at 2 weeks old, flea ridden and skinny. I nursed him to health with the help of my dog Charlie, who misses him like crazy. I never formally named him because I never imagined keeping him but I fell in love and have given him the best care a cat can get for over 3 years. He was raised my dog in part and knows his name. He even knew how to sit and shake on command, until he learned he was a cat and too smart to take orders from a lowly human. He’s the best, I miss him everyday. I have checked shelters twice a week since he went missing. He’s been posted on every lost pet forum you can think. I even installed a camera system to try to catch him eating from one of the food bowls I have waiting for him on the porch and in the garage. So far I’ve only spotted a raccoon! Since he went missing I’ve rescued and found the owners for 2 cats and a dog via Facebook. I’ve driven to Portage and Plainwell to inspect lookalikes. I am praying that someone in the West Main Hill neighborhood has him safe and warm and simply doesn’t know that someone is looking for him. There are signs everywhere in our neighborhood. PLEASE, if anyone knows anyone in this area, share this post. I know he’s out there - he’s way too scrappy to have not made it and he’s way too sweet to be uncared for. Thank you so much ❤️
