I was the only owner of this frame, headboard and mattress set and I don't smoke. The foundation mattress is a Seely Posturepedic and was puchased in 9/2008 and the pillowtop mattress is a Dover and was purchased in 2/2010. They are all in very good condition with no stains or tears in either mattress. I don't know the exact date of manufacture of the frame and headboard. This is a standard length twin mattress set not the extra length but I am 6' tall and never had a problem with it.
