I have a rebuilt Husqvarna 445 chainsaw with an 18" bar for sale. It was professionally torn down and rebuilt (complete gasket/seal kit, new cylinder as well) to fix a leaky lower seal issue in the spring of 2022. It has run well since then, but it's now got a gas leak and it looses all it's bar oil when it sets, so I've purchased a new unit to replace it. Not upset with the saw, just time to move on.

What I think it needs - I think the gas line has either come loose or has split and leaks/sucks air and need to be replaced. It starts leaking sometimes as soon as you fill it, and it can't seem to suck enough gas to keep running normally (sucking air is my guess). The bar oil leak is probably just an oil pump or hose that needs cleaning or replacing. If it sits for a week, it'll drain all the oil out of the tank - it's not just a seep leftover from running.
The unit is in working condition otherwise - I alternated it's use with a 440 while cutting 30 cord of wood last year - no issues otherwise. I purchased it refurbished from a local dealer in 2020, and the lower seal was the only issue it's had since then. The cylinder was replaced just because there was some scarring, and it was already apart.
Actual photos shown - case comes with the saw.
