Does not fly over water. Only for flat surfaces. You lean in the direction that you want to go. Floats approx. 8" off the ground. The motor and fan blade need to be bolted back on. I will not be doing this. It has been off since 2012 for easier moving. It is 7 1/2 foot in Diameter. Fun for kids and lighter adults. This is now around 30 years old. Good project for someone or school science class. Always stored inside. Sold as is $700.00 cash and no trades.
