1 Ton industrial/commercial made in USA electric hoist/chain fall with 10 foot lift. Everything works well on it, it does have some normal wear. It has a 16 feet per minute lift rate. It is 1/2 HP. It is wired for 115 volts, can also be wired for 230 volts, it is single phase, it will work as the ultimate engine hoist/lift in your garage, pole barn, shop or elsewhere. Could also be used to pull the hide off deer or other big game if you hunt and process your own meat. I don't have the original chain bucket for this, you can find the kit online for around $85-100, part number is 927JG17, or you can use the coffee can that is with it now.
This hoist is $4679 on sale on Coffings web site (regular price is $6591), I'm asking less than half of their new price..
