Been a fitness journey for a couple of years, mostly lifting weights, which has been great but for the most part I’ve been doing completely alone. I’ve been wanting to get with other fitness oriented people to help motivate and help keep me on the right track, but I do need help to fix the bad habits that I’m sure I’ve developed that are hindering my progress i.e. bad form or using too much weight.
I’m a 40 year old male and I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. And want to keep this going. I go To the planet fitness on westnedge about 3-4 times a week, usually I the late morning or early afternoons on my days off work. On top of going there, I’m in trying to get more into running and biking but am open to doing other stuff outside of the gym.
While this is mostly about getting in shape this also about being more sociable, I’m and incredibly shy and introverted individual and I have a terrible time getting myself to talk to people. But please if your not actually interested in lifting weights then please don’t waist my time.
